Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RosterPro (the website at getrosterpro.com and the RosterPro app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Description of Service

RosterPro is a free team coordination app for youth sports. It helps coaches organize events, send invitations via magic link, collect RSVPs, manage volunteers, and communicate with parents. The service includes the web app at app.getrosterpro.com and the getrosterpro.com website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a team or manage an account. Parents and guardians may use the service on behalf of their minor children for team participation and RSVPs.

User Accounts & Magic Links

Coaches create accounts with a name and email. Parents join teams via magic links sent by coaches. Magic links are single-use, time-limited, and should not be shared with unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass or abuse other users
• Impersonate others
• Upload harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service for commercial solicitation unrelated to team activities
• Scrape or collect user data

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (team names, event details, messages). By using the service, you grant RosterPro a limited license to store, display, and transmit this content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate others' rights.

Notifications & Communications

By using RosterPro, you agree to receive service-related communications including magic link emails, event reminders, RSVP notifications, and push notifications (if opted in). You can opt out of push notifications through your device settings.

Free Service & No Guarantees

RosterPro is provided free of charge. While we strive for reliability, we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The RosterPro name, logo, and app design are owned by RosterPro. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding without permission.

Limitation of Liability

RosterPro is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterPro and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is $0 for our free tier).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RosterPro from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but sections on liability, indemnification, and governing law survive.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify active users of significant changes via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
